KungFuBuy Refund & Return Policy
1.CUSTOMER CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
To apply for reshipment, partial or full refund for order, size, shipping or quality issues, you must provide complete supporting materials within 14 calendar days after receiving your parcel, including:
①Clear photos or original unedited video evidence showing the problem;
②Complete order number;
③Full tracking number & delivery record;
④Detailed written description of the issue.
⑤Claims without sufficient valid proof will not be accepted for processing.
2. ORDER & SIZE ISSUES
WE WILL PROVIDE REFUND / FREE RESHIPMENT IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
We take full responsibility for free reshipment or full refund under the following situations:
①Wrong Item: You receive product, style or pattern different from your order;
②Wrong Size: Sent size does not match your purchased size option;
③Wrong Color: Received color is inconsistent with your selection;
④Missing Items: Partial goods missing inside the package;
⑤Size Measurement Error: Actual garment measurement differs 3cm or more from our official size chart.
NON-REFUND & NON-RESHIPMENT SITUATIONS
All size-related personal fit issues (customers shall check our detailed size chart before placing orders):
①Item feels too tight, loose, long or short for personal body shape;
②Sleeve, waist, length does not fit your preference;
③Minor size deviation within ±3cm of the listed size chart;
④Simple personal dissatisfaction with the fit of the item.
3. PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUES
QUALITY PROBLEMS ELIGIBLE FOR FREE RESHIPMENT OR REFUND
①Manufacturing Defects: Broken zippers, holes, stains, loose stitching, missing matching accessories;
②Externally Damaged Package Upon Arrival: Visible tear, crush or water damage on outer packaging when you sign for delivery.
NON-REFUND & NON-RESHIPMENT QUALITY SITUATIONS
①Package scratches, cuts or damage caused by improper opening by yourself;
②Item matches the official product sample, but you claim it fails your subjective expectation of the description;
③No functional damage, only personal opinion of unsatisfactory texture or workmanship;
④Goods are identical to the sample, but you simply dislike the product after receipt.
TIERED REFUND STANDARD FOR QUALITY DEFECTS
(Final refund result confirmed via mutual communication)
①5%–25% Partial Refund: Tiny minor flaws, such as stray loose threads, slight light color difference;
②15%–35% Partial Refund: Obvious color shading & color mismatch;
③30%–55% Partial Refund: Minor defects that need simple self-handling without affecting normal wearing/usage;
④100% Full Refund: Severe damage or fatal defects that completely block normal use of the product.
4. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS ISSUES
LOGISTICS PROBLEMS ELIGIBLE FOR FREE RESHIPMENT OR REFUND
①Severe Delivery Delay
EU Countries: Over 35 calendar days counted from shipment date;
All Other Regions: Over 37 calendar days counted from shipment date.
②Parcel Lost In Transit
We will coordinate with logistics carriers to confirm loss status. Once verified lost, we arrange reshipment.
- We require you to double-check and confirm the correct delivery address before reshipment;
- Eligible regions enjoy 1 complimentary free reship per order; reshipment cost for non-eligible regions shall be borne by customers.
③Frozen Tracking (No new logistics updates)
EU Countries: Over 30 calendar days since the last tracking scan;
All Other Regions: Over 32 calendar days since the last tracking scan.
④Failed Delivery: Complete, correct shipping address but the courier cannot successfully deliver the parcel.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUND OR RESHIPMENT
①Refund request submitted after the tracking status shows signed & delivered;
②Tracking information clearly displays "delivered", while you state non-receipt and demand compensation;
③Parcel returned to overseas warehouse due to recipient’s own fault (wrong address, delivery refusal, undeliverable contact information, customs clearance failure caused by buyer).
RETURNED PARCELS TO Local Post Office RULE
If packages bounce back to Local Post Office due to buyer-side reasons, the return cycle ranges from 2 weeks to 2 months. During this period, KungFuBuy offers zero compensation and no free reshipment from our domestic warehouse, as logistics providers do not provide loss compensation for returning shipments.
