As we operate from China, our team is available Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM (GMT+8). For special promotional events requiring weekend support, let us know in advance, and we’ll arrange additional support as needed.
🌏 Global Shipping 
We ship worldwide with a total processing time of 7-13 days, from payment to delivery. After ordering, we handle everything to ensure timely and efficient processing.
🧧 Transparent Pricing 
With dropsauto, there are no hidden service fees. All costs, including shipping, are fully included in our product quotation. You can request quotes either automatically through our system or manually via WhatsApp.
✅ Quality Assurance 
All products are carefully inspected when they arrive at our warehouse. We’ll promptly inform you of any issues and can provide photos or videos upon request.
